| Payments Policy |

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. Net 30 days on all open accounts. Open account billing can be arranged with prior approved credit references. Rush purchases for all new customers will be handled on a COD basis. Open account minimum billing is $ 25.00. The purchaser shall be responsible tp determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risk and liability for choosing that product. We make no guarentee beyond that made by the manufacturer of the item sold. |

| Shipping Policy |

All merchandise is fob factory. If merchandise is to be shipped and is under seventy pounds, we will ship UPS, prepaid, and will add the the freight charges to your invoice. When merchandise is to go by motor freight, we will ship freight collect. If freight is sent prepaid, we will add the freight charges plus a $ 2.50 service charge to your invoice. |

| Sales Tax Policy |

Sate Sales Tax will be added to the invoice where applicable. For those companies and organizations that do not pay State Sales Tax, we must have an approved State Sales Tax Exemption, Resale, or Direct Pay Certificate on file. |

| Returns Policy |
|
|
To return any merchandise, a written approval must be obtained. In addition, a fee of 25% plus freight, will be charged for restocking. This applies only to stock items. No returns will be accepted on custom made or special order items unless due to an error made by the manufacturer of the product or by Industrial Chemical Cleaner. |
